Howdy and welcome! When you book a cleaning with Howdy Housekeeping, you’re agreeing to the terms below. I keep things simple, honest, and fair—so please give this a quick read.
What I Offer
Howdy Housekeeping is all about reliable, recurring residential cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, monthly), plus commercial, short-term rental (Monday–Saturday), move in/out, deep cleans, one-time visits, appliance cleaning, and handy add-ons. Your cleaning day and time are reserved just for you. You’ll get a friendly reminder by email and text a few days before your appointment.
Honesty is the Best Policy
If I show up and your place is a whole lot different than what we talked about, I’ll let you know right away. Sometimes, that means the price will need to be adjusted to cover the extra elbow grease. No judgment here—I’ve seen it all! Just be upfront so I can give you the best clean possible.
Booking & Card on File
To secure your spot, I require a valid credit or debit card on file for all appointments. Payment is due when the job’s done (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).
Payment
I accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Please make sure your payment info is up to date. Late payments will result in an additional charge.
Availability
I clean Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sundays are my day off to rest and recharge.
Cancellations & Skipped Visits
Plans change—I get it! Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% or 100% of the service fee, depending on the situation and how often it happens. I’ll always be fair.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something’s not right, let me know through the contact page within 24 hours. I’ll make it right, plain and simple.
Your To-Do List
Make sure I can get in (door code, key, etc.)
Tuck away valuables and let me know about pets or any special instructions
Please pick up toys, clothes, and personal items before I arrive so I can focus on the cleaning
If there’s heavy clutter or laundry mountains, I’ll skip those spots or let you know if extra time is needed
Right to Refuse or End Service
Either of us can end service with 24 hours’ notice—no hard feelings. I also reserve the right to refuse or stop service for things like unsafe conditions, aggressive pets, repeated cancellations, or non-payment.
Pricing
All my pricing is based on the size and condition of your home. I’ll do an in-person or online estimate to make sure the price matches your needs.
A Few More Things
I don’t follow a holiday schedule, so just ask if you want a clean around a holiday.
Tips are never expected, always appreciated.
It’s just me (unless we talk about bringing in extra help for big jobs).
